Lette Macarons, the most recent addition to the growing gourmet food scene in Manhattan Beach, adds a unique touch to the art of macarons, combining posh desserts with decor that has a memorable flair due to its originality.

Lette Macarons seasonal flavors and Instagram-worthy vibrant decor are only some of the individualized touches that have allowed this boutique macaron shop to expand to Manhattan Beach. In a time where new shops are popping up all over the South Bay, Lette Macarons stands out with its personal flair, rare tastes, and central location that will surely keep the new storefront distinctive for some time to come.

Founded in 2007 by Paulette Koumetz, a native French woman with a passion for baking, the Lette Macarons chain opened its sixth store in Manhattan Beach after spreading from the branch’s origins in Beverly Hills. The prices at Lette Macarons are certainly appealing along with its other attractions, with macarons individually priced at $2.25, growing up to $135 for a macaron tower filled with up to 60 macarons of your choice.

The Manhattan Beach Lette Macarons storefront opened its doors on May 11, 2017. Some of its first desserts offered included salted caramel and passion fruit, along with their shortbread cookies that include flavors such as vanilla, chocolate, and pistachio. Lette Macarons offers online ordering for their delicious spread of gourmet macarons and shortbread cookies, as well as gift boxes and party towers for large orders.

Lette Macarons offers a wide variety of sweet and savory tastes, such as sicilian pistachio and violet cassis, one of the many aspects of the shop that adds to its distinction among dessert shops. With its seasonal flavors, including blueberry lemon and myrtille citron. The shop carries a wide range of classic and unique savory tastes that one can find in only the most luxurious macaron shops.

Carrying on the theme of vivid and bright colors from the previous Lette Macaron storefronts, the exterior itself is eye catching and aesthetically appealing. The seating inside is limited, offering a push for customers to enjoy their scrumptious treats and snap a photo of their beautiful dessert in the quaint outdoor seating area.

The busy atmosphere of Highland makes parking a challenge, as finding parking on Highland always is, however Lette Macarons has a great location that is walking distance from the beach and many Northern Manhattan neighborhoods. The shop is promising for business even in the competitive environment Manhattan Beach offers, due to its characteristic fashion.

With options for every desire, Lette Macarons caters to every individuals gourmet needs, a beautiful addition to the South Bay’s food scene. Each macaron has a unique, vivacious color with the tone of the macaron subtly describing the flavor inside. Perfectly capturing what a true macaron should be like, Lette Macaron’s desserts have a crunchy exterior and a chewy, delicious interior.
