The Beehive, a local women’s clothing boutique in downtown Manhattan Beach announced their closure, which is expected at the end of March. The boutique posted the news on their Instagram at the beginning of February, stating the closure is due to ongoing construction needs.

The boutique has received love and support from Manhattan Beach for the past 25 years, and is known for their high-quality materials and unique, one-of-a-kind patterns and designs. The Beehive held a special place in the hearts of many Manhattan Beach residents, offering local and touring shoppers a chance to connect with the community.

As they prepare to close, The Beehive is offering a 70% off everything sale, lasting until they close. As mentioned in their post, the boutique is still exploring what’s next to come, and stated they could return “in a fresh, new form”. The boutique holds many memories, and will always have an irreplaceable, cherished role in Manhattan Beach.
