Homecoming court members dressed up as “compound words” and took part in games throughout lunch for the second day of Homecoming Week.
Couples dressed as compound words such as rainbow, eggplant, gingerbread, hedgehog, French kiss and earthquake. Today’s game was a water balloon toss and the winners were Delaney Kluth and Max Taylor.
“The water balloon toss was really fun because the game kept getting progressively more and more difficult,” Kluth said.
Last Friday, members of the court dressed up as various celebrity feuds, including Nicki Minaj and Miley Cyrus and Kylie Jenner and Tyga. Tomorrow, couples will dress up as different occupations.
“Today’s costumes were super creative,” Kluth said. “I especially liked how a lot of people took the time to make their own costumes.”
