The Varsity Girls Volleyball team starts off their 3 game sweep with a cheer. The game was held at Mira Costa in the Fisher gym at 6 o’clock this Tuesday.
Britt Bommer sets Abrielle Bross and score against the Seahawks to give Costa a one point lead to Redondo’s zero. This play put the Mustangs on a winning streak.
Alexa Underwood and Abrielle Bross block Redondo’s spike during the first game of the match. Underwood will head to New Jersey next fall to play for Princeton University’s girls volleyball team.
Abrielle Bross and Hannah Scott jump up to block Redondo’s ball during the second game. Adding to the lead, the ball was returned the Mustangs and Lily Snyder took the next serve.
Costa Senior Hannah Scott spikes the ball to tie up the beginning of the third game. The Mustangs defeated the Seahawks 3-0 and remained undefeated in Bay League this year.
