1. Sophomore Brian Cassandra helps to plant a rose bush on Day of Expression during AM office hours. Day of Expression was on March 14 and it was for students to show their views on gun control.
2. Sophomore Diego Ostering digs a hole for a rose bush to be planted. Many students gathered in front of the auditorium to plant rose bushes to honor the students that died in the Parkland shooting.
3. Students work together to plant a rose bush for the Parkland shooting. The Parkland shooting occurred on February 14, 2018 and it was one of the world’s deadliest school massacres.
4. Students in the Kindness Club are planting seventeen rose bushes for each of the students that died in the Parkland shooting. The Parkland school shooting was the eighth school shooting thats happened in 2018.
5. A janitor plants a rose bush in honor of the school shooting in Parkland. The Kindness club planned the planting of the seventeen roses but many students and teachers came to help plant the rose bushes.
