On Friday, Jan. 27 the Mira Costa girls’ water polo team won at Santa Monica making their overall record now 16-6.
Katie Heatherton played well as goalie throughout the game and helped the team pull out its 9-4 win.
The team’s next game will be played at Costa on Wednesday, Feb. 1 against a Bay League opponent, West Torrance High School.
