On Friday, Feb. 3 the Mira Costa girls soccer team played an away game against Leuzinger High School. Costa beat Leuzinger for the second time this season with a final score of 8-0.
The game finished in regulation time unlike the last match in which the coaches agreed on a 20-minute second half instead of the normal 40-minute half.
The girls’ next game will take place on Tuesday Feb. 7 at home against Penninsula High School.
