The Mira Costa golf team traveled to Sandpiper golf course in Santa Barbara to take on San Marcos High School on February 29. The Mustangs won for their third consecutive day and their record has now improved to a perfect 3-0 on the season.
In 18 holes of play senior David Kim led the boys by shooting a 71 in the Mustang’s 389-414 win over San Marcos. Senior Lorenzo Gillenwater added a score of 76 while sophomore Bryce Holmes shot a 78.
The boys will get a few days off before traveling to Lakewood to take on Cerritos High School on March 5.
