The Mira Costa High School boys varsity basketball team defeated Palos Verdes High School at home with a score of 50-47 on Thursday, Feb. 7. The Mustangs are now 6-4 in Bay League.
Junior Justin Strings scored 20 points, senior Oliver Mausner scored nine points, and seniors Ryan Kaseff and Kevin Kim each scored six points.
“We were hoping for a better performance as a team especially heading into C.I.F,” senior Austin Torren. “But were pleased to have gotten the win.”
The CIF schedule will be posted on cifss.org on Feb. 10.
