“Little Sisters” is enjoyable with comfortable and fun ambiance

Chef and owner Tin Vuong has turned a boring and abandoned restaurant into a fun and delicious attraction for the people of Manhattan Beach.

The new restaurant, “Little Sister” has opened in downtown Manhattan Beach on Manhattan Avenue. The comfortable and fun ambiance is an enjoyable factor of the restaurant.

Staff member and chef de cuisine, Michael Segerstorm has worked with Tin Vuong to create this fulfilling and unusually delicious Eastern cuisine establishment. Managers Justin Young and Jessica Kinoshita run and make sure the restaurant is thoroughly enjoyed.

“Little Sister” is a comfortable and tasty attraction for people of any age. The bar accommodates adults, and the tables and booths are comfortable for families and children. The restaurant has a warm feeling such as comfortable seating that makes the attraction more pleasurable.

The food selection is very broad ranging from Eastern cuisine to sea food to American dishes. The great amount of different meats, fishes, salads, and small dishes brings a wide variety of multiple different types of people to the restaurant. The dishes are filling, but aren’t huge, so it is suggested that customers order more than one. The menu shows that the portions offer a lot, but they tend to be smaller than expected.

The food is also prepared well, it is always hot and ready to be eaten. A lot of different kind of meats are offered and have a lot of different seasoning and tastes. The pork spareribs are very filling but are savory and include spices such as cilantro and cubeb pepper.

When looking for a new taste, the Singapore crab, curry, and Viernamse beef are highly recommended. The chef prepares the meals in a way that shows off every ingredient. Also,the menu includes bold flavors and dishes with unique dressings and sides.

Since Little Sister is so new, it is clear that the owners haven’t hired enough staff. The service is not bad, but it should be better considering there is usually a large crowd and should not want to keep their eager customers waiting. The meal itself takes longer than it should.

The trendy yet comfortable atmosphere keeps “Little Sister” appealing. The restaurant offers bold and unique food choices as well as an adequate and amusing environment. Friendly service keeps people coming back for more and the restaurant is so welcoming and delicious.
