Boys Water Polo defeats West Torrance by a landslide, 22-1

On Oct 23, the Mira Costa High School water polo team played against West Torrance high for a bay league game. The match was held at Mira Costa and for the second time of the season, Mira Costa defeated West by a landslide.

The Mustangs defeated West with a score of 22-1 and even put in nearly all of their players. In the first quarter,Costa started off fast and showered the goal with nine goals ending the quarter 9-0. During the second quarter, the Mustangs yet again start fast and scored 7 goals throughout the quarter, but this time allowing West to score 1 goal. After the half West was unable to defeat Costa.

The next game will be the Stevan Pal Tournament, held on Friday, Oct 31 and Saturday, Nov 1, in Orange County.
