According to senior Ethan Williams, this meet helped boost the team’s confidence.

“We expected to do well at this meet,” Williams said. “We succeeded and this sets a strong outlook for the remainder of our reason, especially for the larger meets coming up.”

The Mustangs will next compete in the California Relays at Cerritos College on Friday and Saturday. According to Williams, this meet is going to be larger and more of a challenge.

“With our strong results from Thursday we are confident in our abilities and I think we will be able to be successful in the relays,” Williams said.
