Throughout the workout session, the team rotates stations doing different exercises at each one.
Members of the Mira Costa High School surf team have the option of attending workouts at Level 10 Fitness on Tuesday and/or Thursday.
Members of the Mira Costa High School surf team attend workouts at Level 10 Fitness. Those on the surf team had the option of attending these workouts on Tuesday or Thursday, or both days if they chose to attend twice that week.
Surf team coach Mr. Geller participates in the workout by doing a leg workout alongside the surf team.

Surf team do these workouts to to improve their strength for surfing.
The surf team members attending the workouts also do ab workouts to improve their strength for surfing. Those doing ab workouts would take short breaks in between exercises.

Those that are at the workout rotate throughout different exercises to work out all parts of the body. The exercises are done in stations that the members would spend a certain amount of time at.
After the strenuous workout the surf team members walk along the sidewalk outside Level 10 Fitness to catch their breath.
