9. A house is under construction in the tree section of Manhattan beach on may 12th. Manhattan beach already being an overpopulated city has constant construction so patrolling the work sites is a regular thing for police officers due the valuable materials and tools frequently being stolen.
10. Officer kitsios requests for parking patrol officers to come issue tickets to many illegally parked cars around the Manhattan beach construction sites on Friday May 12th. With all the construction in an overcrowded city comes to problem with parking. Many of the construction cars cannot find parking so park illegally and block roads that must be open for fire trucks and ambulances as well as the general public.
