The Mira Costa boys basketball team lost to Irvine’s University High School on Jan. 4. The Mustangs could not defeat the University Trojans, falling short with a score of 69-55.
Senior Elliot Ozer scored 24 points and sophomore Cole Feaster contributed 10 more points. Senior Thomas Johnson also grabbed 10 rebounds for the team.
Costa, with an overall record of 10-11, will play El Segundo at home on Jan. 5.
