The Mira Costa boys golf team won the CIF division finals on May 10. Costa had 369 strokes total, the runner up, Los Alemitos, shot 380 and the third place finalist, South Torrance, shot 384 strokes. The best players of the game were Seniors Kyle Nagasaki and Michael D’Angio, who shot two under par and one under par respectively. The next match will be on May 13 at Temecula for the Champions Tournament. The team’s overall record is 16-2, and are 9-1 in Bay League.
