Sophomore Isabella Diprizito volunteered at Camp Harmony to help homeless children build their self-esteem.

Camp Harmony is a non-profit organization with the mission of giving homeless children confidence and hope for a brighter future. Diprizito volunteered at this organization from August 19-26 in Malibu, California. During the day, Diprizito and her group went to the pool and beach, hiked and completed different arts and crafts activities including tye-dying t-shirts with the kids.

“It was a really fun and really great experience, but at the same time it was very traumatizing to hear a lot of stuff about what the kids go through at home,” Diprizito said.
