Roundhouse Aquarium reopens in Manhattan Beach

The Roundhouse Aquarium located on the Manhattan Beach Pier. The Roundhouse Aquarium was reopened in Manhattan Beach on Nov. 5.

The Roundhouse Aquarium reopened in Manhattan Beach on Nov. 5 after the Harrison Greenberg Foundation donated a $4 million dollar renovation.

The Harrison Greenberg Foundation, the City of Manhattan Beach and the Oceanographic Teaching Station collaborated to complete the beautification project. The Roundhouse now has new tanks and fish species and will continue to be free of charge for visitors.

“I am really excited for people to see the new Roundhouse because it’s a significant improvement,” Roundhouse employee and senior Michael Zuker said.
