After success at the Best of the West tournament over the weekend, the Mira Costa boys volleyball team won their ninth game of the season against Orange Lutheran. On March 15, at home, the Mustangs swept Orange Lutheran with ease. The final scores were 25-15, 25-18, and 25-12.
Most team members showed consistency while senior DJ White shined throughout the game with his team leadership.
With this win, Costa maintains their perfect overall record of 9-0 for the season. On March 25, the Mustangs host Newport Harbor High School. The Mustangs have high hopes of keeping their winning streak and spotless record.
