Mira Costa girls golf team hosted West Torrance High School on September 27 at Chester Washington Golf Course. The Mustang’s were able to continue their undefeated season, beating West Torrance and improving to 5-0 on the season.
The girls finished with a final score of 198-223, Costa’s largest victory of the season.
Junior Raquel Gordon and sophomore Megan Kim contributed to Costa’s low score by each scoring a 37. Sophomore Jenny Johnson added a score of 39, her personal best this season.
The Mustang’s next game is at Alondra golf course on September 29 against West Torrance High school starting at 2:30.
