The Mustangs charged into playoffs at full speed, defeating the Fighting Frogs, 45-19. In their first playoff game of the season, Mira Costa Girls Basketball defeated Ribet Academy by a deficit of 26 points. The game took place on Thursday, Feb. 13 at Ribet Academy in Los Angeles. Mira Costa girls soccer made history becoming the first time ever CIF champions in their final game against Oak Hills High School, 5-1 on Saturday, February 29.
