The Mira Costa boys water polo team played on Thursday, Nov. 1 against Redondo Beach High School at home. The Mustangs won 16-7.
Throughout the match, seniors Cody Kelley scored four goals and Sam Stiltanen scored two. Juniors Gabe Smith and Austin Norris scored two goals each to help the team to victory.
“After our intense match against Peninsula on Tuesday, this game let our junior varsity players have more game time and allowed us to work on mastering our plays,” senior Jimmy Bissell said.
The boy’s next game will be on Saturday, Nov. 3 at home against Loyola High School at 5pm.
