The Mira Costa boys varsity basketball team defeated El Segundo High School at home on Saturday Jan. 13 with a score of 54-38. The Mustangs now stand 2-1 in Bay League.
Seniors Oliver Mausner and Cole Feaster scored 14 and 12 points respectively. Junior Justin Strings Scored 15 points for the Mustangs.
“Saturday was more a relaxed day because of senior night,” senior Kevin Kim said. “It was cool to see all the seniors play because not all of them get the opportunity to.”
The Mustangs will face off against Leuzinger High School at home on Tuesday Jan. 15.
