The Mira Costa Girl’s tennis team beat Harvard Westlake on Oct 22, with a final score of 15-3. This improves their record to 13-3 this season, maintaining their number two ranking in Bay League.
Sophomore Amy Gaal contributed to the Costa victory winning all three of her single matches to help costa to secure the victory. Their next match is in Santa Barbara against Santa Barbara High School
“When I was a freshman we got crushed by them and this year their coach called Joe saying they felt we were finally good enough to play them and it was a nice feeling to see how much we have improved as a team,” Senior Taylor Klein Girls Varsity Tennis.
