On Oct 25, Costa’s cross country team attended the Mt. Sac Invitational meet, with Varsity placing third out of the 20 competing schools.
Senior Brandon Shirazi led Costa runners in the race coming in 12th overall with a time of 15:53. Sophomore Caleb Llorin followed, coming in 13th with 15:59. Junior Ethan Williams came in 23rd with a 16:09, followed by senior Bram Osterhout in 26th with a 16:13. Freshman Xavier Court came in 43rd with a 16:27. Senior Matt O’Brien came next in 51st with a 16:32. Overall, Costa’s Boy’s Varsity came in third out of 20 schools.
The next meet is the League Final in Redondo on Nov 6 against all schools in the Bay League.
