The boys and girls cross country teams traveled to Palos Verdes to compete in the Bay League Finals on Nov. 4.

Junior Adam Perez finished ninth in the varsity race with a time of 17:30. Junior Travis Taylor finished close behind at a time of 17:50 and a 15th place finish.
Senior Savannah Pio finished in first place in the varsity race, with a time of 19:12. Junior Jenna Tong came in fifth with a time 19:50.

The race was considered a major success for the girls team. They managed to pull off a victory over Redondo, their only one of the year, at the right time, and were able to keep the Bay League title. The boys were not so fortunate, and Palos Verdes wound up winning the Bay League.
