Known for its yellow decor and plentiful flower arrangements, the charming Yellow Vase cafe has recently opened in Manhattan Beach.

Yellow Vase brings a calm, relaxing vibe to the Northern Manhattan Beach area. Yellow Vase is also the only pastry shop in the neighborhood, deeming it a positive addition to the northern side of Manhattan Beach. The convenient location of the cafe makes it an incredibly positive and cozy environment to relax or catch up with friends over a wide variety of options of cafe food such as sandwiches, soups, salads and coffee.

Yellow Vase, located in North Manhattan Beach, opened to the public on September 18th, 2018. The attractive new spot is a great addition to Manhattan, bringing a comfortable space to relax with friends. The homey bakery offers a wide selection of appetizing small treats, pastries and an impressive beverage array.

The cafe’s location on Marine and Highland was previously owned by Marine St. Cafe, a popular cafe that attracted many with its extensive dinner options and versatility. Unlike Marine St. Cafe, the unique Yellow Vase is known for an inexpensive plentiful breakfast, lunch and pastry menu.

One of five storefronts, the newest cafe is located in Manhattan Beach, with cafes scattered around the South Bay in Palos Verdes, Redondo Beach and soon-to-be Hermosa Beach. Similar to the other locations, Yellow Vase is fully decorated in yellow and adorned with cute flowers and accessories that give the cafe a cozy vibe.

The cafe itself is conveniently located just one block up from the water, making it an easy option for beach-goers to grab a snack or coffee. The cafe’s grand windows present panoramic ocean views from the plentiful seating inside, accompanying the outdoor seating area with similar ocean views. The noisy traffic that comes with the cafe being set on Highland can be distracting, yet is offset by the cafes quiet atmosphere and relaxing beach vibe.

Upon entering Yellow Vase, one is greeted by the inviting hosts and baristas. One reason the cafe has such a calm atmosphere is because there is no loud, obnoxious music blaring throughout the store. The tranquil feel to Yellow Vase makes it an ideal place to get together with friends or enjoy a nice treat by yourself.

The distinct design of the cafe sets it apart from competing businesses to begin with, being extensively decorated throughout with the theme of flowers and the color yellow. The cafe is enhanced throughout with matching yellow walls, murals, art and garnishes. In addition to the pleasing decorations, the cafe is adorned with plentiful nature with beautiful vases filled with plants on every surface.

Yellow Vase exhibits a diverse menu with many of options for every meal. The menu offers plenty sandwich, salad and soup options accompanied by an all-day breakfast menu. With a French theme, the cafe also offers a sufficient amount of French cuisine based omelettes and delicious pastries. For a very reasonable price the food items come in great portion sizes.

Yellow Vase is a special, beneficial addition to Manhattan Beach with its inexpensive menu and employees inviting manners. The cafe’s great location, cozy atmosphere and delicious food and drink provide a positive experience and a comfortable place to relax and enjoy a fine meal.

Yellow Vase is located at 2201 Highland Avenue in Manhattan Beach, and is open from 7 AM to 7 PM.
