Costa placed 9th in the SNL Cup, going 3-1 in the tournament and now has an overall record of 9-6. They lost in the SNL CUP 11-6 to Huntington beach but beat Crean Lutheran, 15-11; Portola, 12-9; and LB Wilson, 12-7.
“The team really came together in the end to beat LB Wilson, and we are looking forward to our future league games.” said senior water polo player Wayatt Edwards.
Prior to the SNL Cup, Costa lost Sept. 26 to Corona Del Mar, 17-7. Costa’s next game is Oct. 3 vs Peninsula home.
