On Oct. 12 from 7 to 9 p.m., Costa’s Choir Department held its annual Pops Concert, featuring group ensembles and solo performances.
Emceed by seniors Jessilyn Reyes and Allison Custer, the Pops Concert included performances from Costa choir singers and Manhattan Beach Middle School (MBMS) students. Members of Mira Costa Voices, Choral Union, Vocal Ensemble, and a capella groups Muscle and Coterie performed in the show.
“My favorite part about the concert is these individual pieces, because it is cool to hear everyone’s voices and styles in a song of their choice,” said Custer.
