Costa will host TedX event featuring sustainability theme

TedX will hold its annual TedTalks on Nov. 4 in the auditorium to focus on the theme of sustainability through a total of 12 talks.

Costa juniors Anthony Padnos and William Iskandar have been chosen as this year’s high school speakers and will talk about the power of free expression as well as fusion of technology and music composition. Tickets will be $50 for Costa students.

“TedX is an event that happens on campus every year where students get to see real TedX talks,” said senior president of Costa’s TedX Manhattan Beach Club Raci Levine. “It allows Costa students to have a platform to speak about what they’re passionate about.”
