The CIF Southern Section (CIFSS) finals took place on Saturday Nov 4. The Mustangs played against Mater Dei High School and unfortunately lost the match 0-3.
It was a tough match for Costa as they played the number one team in the region while they stood second. Unluckily the standings still stay the same.
State playoffs start this Wednesday Nov. 6. They will play their first game against Sierra Canyon at 6 PM, at home.
