Mira Costa’s boys golf team looked for a quick sweep on the road to Chadwick High School on March 10; however, they lost 196-195 in their closest match of the season.
Senior JP Harper led the way assisted by junior David Kim. Both shot a 36 in the boys’ loss to Chadwick. Freshman James Houston competed with the big boys, shooting a 40 through the front nine.
The Mustangs look to pick up a trophy on March 14, when they enter the Oak Park tournament. The location has yet to be announced.
