On March 18, the Mira Costa girls lacrosse team defeated Beverly Hills High School. The Mustangs won 11-9.
Sophomore Taylor Pool excelled offensively during the game, scoring 10 out of Costa’s 11 points. Defensively, seniors Jackie Dotemoto and Sarah Moraitis helped limit Beverly Hills’s goals.
The Mustangs visit Laguna Hills High School on March 19 for a nonleague game.
