On April 29, the Mira Costa boys lacrosse team played Peninsula high school for the Bay League title at Waller Stadium. Costa won the game 16-4.
Costa emerged victorious thanks to junior Austin Hafdell’s offensive attacks. Hafdell scored four goals in the game.
The game is another addition to Costa’s current 12 game winning streak. After the win, the boys finish the Bay League as the champions and they look to continue their success in CIF.
