The Mira Costa boys Water Polo team lost to Los Alamitos High School, 14-7, on Monday Oct. 16 at home.
Senior Jimmy Bissell and junior Austin Norris contributed 2 goals to the game. Seniors Sam Stiltanen, Cody Kelley and junior Drew Rogerson all scored one goal in the loss.
“We were not on top of our game against Los Alamitos,” Bissell said. “We need to practice playing together and syncing our plays for our game on Thursday.”
The team’s next game will be on Thursday, Oct. 18 at home against Palos Verdes High School.
