Mira Costa boys water polo traveled to Redondo Beach High School to play against their rivals, the Seahawks. Costa won the game 16-8.
Senior Jimmy Bissell scored 4 goals and had 4 assists and junior Gabe Smith scored 3 goal. Senior Cody Kelley scored 2 goals and had 3 assists and senior Sam Stiltanen scored 1 goal.
“This game proved how hard we have been working to improve this season,” Bissell said. “I hope this translates to our game against PV on Thursday.”
The next game will be on Oct. 18 at Mira Costa against Palos Verdes High School.
