The Mira Costa Mustangs water polo team won its match against Bay League opponent Peninsula Oct.14 at Peninsula, 13-7. With the third win of the last four matches, the Mustangs improved their record to 12-4 overall and 3-0 in the Bay League.
Mustangs Josh Huttinger, Justin Pratt, Joe Siltanen, and Charlie Manclark all scored two goals. Dana Tuttle had 16 saves in goal and senior Jake Miller scored four times.
Costa’s next game is at home against Los Alamitos Oct. 18 when Mira Costa will seek to continue its victorious streak.
