The Mira Costa Mustangs girls’ soccer team defeated Marina High School in a home game on Dec. 9. The Mustangs finished their fifth game with a 2-0 victory for their second game in a row.
The top performer of today’s game was sophomore Taylor Foland. She led the way for the Mustangs with Mira Costa’s only two goals of the afternoon.
The Mustangs remain undefeated (4-0-2), playing their next games in the South Tournament lasting from Dec. 12 through Dec. 30.
