The Mustangs boys wrestling team traveled to Santiago High School on Jan.15 to participate in the Cavalier Classic. The Mira Costa boys finished ninth in the tournament.
Senior Tajee Mobley and junior Ian Goodbody finished fourth in their respective weight classes. Sophomore Zach Deschaux and freshman Jake Shapiro also finished fourth in their weight classes. Seniors Weston Carico and Joey Beck did not compete in the tournament.
The Mustang wrestlers travel to Peninsula for the Peninsula Dual on Jan. 20.
