The Mira Costa girls soccer team hosted rival Redondo Seahawks on Jan.14. They defeated their rivals soundly with a score of 3-0. As the Mustangs second consecutive win, the Mira Costa girls record becomes 10-2-3 overall and 2-0-0 in the Bay League.
The top performers for Mira Costa in this game were senior Kendall Richter, sophomore Kara Enamoto, and freshman Kimby Keever. All three contributed a goal in the victory against Redondo.
The Mustangs travel to Leuzinger on Jan. 19 with intentions to continue the winning streak and further their perfect Bay League record.
