On Sunday at 7 p.m., Skechers hosted its annual firework show at the Manhattan Beach Pier.
Many citizens from the Manhattan Beach community gathered in streets and along the beach to view the fireworks. The fireworks featured different designs including planets, hearts, and smiley faces. During the day, a snow park was open to the public at Dorsey Field, and the a Costa choir group strolled downtown while it caroled, according to the Skechers website.
“The fireworks are such an amazing tradition in Manhattan Beach,” said junior Téa Trent. “I enjoy watching on the beach with my family every year.”
