On Dec. 2, the Mira Costa girls basketball team came up short 53-68 away against St. Bernard in the Inglewood Holiday Tournament.
The top performer of the game was Meghan Peneueta, who added 11 points for the Mustangs (2-3).
The girls’ next game will be played against Palos Verdes Peninsula away at Inglewood on Dec. 3.
