On Saturday, Dec. 17 the Mira Costa girls soccer team competed in the South High School Holiday Tournament and swept both Notre Dame and Marymount on the same day.
In the first game of the day against Notre Dame High School, the girls won with a score of 5-0. In the second game, the girls beat Marymount High School for the second time this season with a score of 4-0.
The girls (11-1) will advance to the finals of the tournament on Monday, Dec. 19 against Peninsula at South High School.
