On Dec. 21, the Mira Costa boys basketball team fell short against Palm Springs High School, who hosts the tournament in which the game took place. Costa fell to the Indians with a final score of 62-53, making Costa’s overall record 9-3 for the season.
Junior Cole Feaster led the Mustangs with 15 points and five assists, keeping their offense strong despite the loss.
The Mustangs compete in the tournament once again versus Yucaipa High School on Dec. 22.
