On Friday, March 23, the Mira Costa boys lacrosse team lost 11-5 to Palos Verdes High School.
Senior Michael Winfrey scored 3 goals. Senior Alec Hoag and sophomore Nick Koons each scored one goal in the boys loss.
“It was really disappointing to loose this game,” Winfrey said. “Palos Verdes is one of our biggest rivals and we were really set on winning.”
The boys next match was on Monday, March 25 against Redondo Union High School.
