All across the country action movie fans are raving about the new thrilling movie, “The Commuter,” as Liam Neeson shines in his fast-paced fight scenes, and exciting plot twists.

“The Commuter” is another movie in the genre of thrillers, a style that Neeson has become famous for. Collet-Serra and Neeson have perfected the art of this genre, which they have demonstrated over the past decade. With a great story to accompany the thriller movie masters, “The Commuter” does not disappoint.

The movie is directed by Jaume Collet-Serra who has worked with Neeson on films like “Non-Stop”, “Unknown”, and “Run All Night”. The movie takes place in New York City, primarily on the railway.

The story begins with scenes of McCauley’s daily routine. While on his way home from work, Michael is confronted by a woman who tells him that there is a compartment on the train containing $25,000, and another with $75,000. She informs McCauley that if he helps her find someone on the train named “Prynne” he can have the money.

In “The Commuter,” Neeson demonstrates his talented acting skills. Neeson has become known as the stereotypical action-thriller movie actor, and he shows why with this movie. Although 65 years-old, he’s still performing his own stunts, and thrilling audiences everywhere, while the movies continue to excite.

With breath-taking shots, the action continues rise throughout the film. Long and intense fight scenes and amazing cinematic shots all add to the spectacular effects. Although animated, even the train scenes seem realistic, as they keep the viewer immersed in the action.

The movie is perfectly accompanied with an original soundtrack composed by Roque Baños. Roque is critically acclaimed for his excellent work in music production, and although the songs he produced for this movie were not revolutionary in the thriller genre, they added to the movie’s suspenseful tone and contributed to the tense tone that was conveyed throughout.

While most action movies fail to produce clear fighting scenes, the fighting in the movie is easy to follow. In many movies, the fight scenes are messy and chaotic, with the camera often missing much of the action. In “The Commuter”, excellent camerawork keeps the viewer enthralled in action

The plotline is exciting and retains the audience through a myriad of plot twists and turns. Although it is easy for movies like “The Commuter” to become repetitive, this movie keeps people guessing what’s going to happen next.

Overall, “The Commuter” is thrilling and contains intrigue, action, and adventure, keeping the audience on the edge of their seats. This is a must watch movie for anyone who enjoys Neeson’s work or action-packed films.

“The Commuter” came out on January 12th, and is still playing at all theaters.
